We’ve had an amazing journey as a dental practice. Practicing dentistry in Sarnia-Lambton for over 37 years has been incredibly rewarding. But a successful dental practice doesn’t just happen – it takes talented, compassionate staff and loyal patients. Our patients receive the care they need in the comfort of one of the five, modern, cheery and spacious dental operatories. All rooms are wheelchair accessible and have natural light with windows that open and are equipped with TVs, Digital X-rays and Intraoral cameras for optimal patient care. Our office is conveniently located at the corner of Exmouth St. and Lambton Mall Rd (right next to the former White Rose Building) and easily accessible from Modeland Rd. and Hwy. 402.

General Information

Our Dental Team is committed to delivering optimal oral care to our patients. It is important to us that you understand what dental treatment you require and why. Our Treatment Coordinator will help you to understand the options the dentist discussed with you, and the financial costs involved. Some patients have insurance and some may not. Even for patients who have insurance, coverage can be complicated.

Insurance

At MacNeill & Spinnato Family Dentistry, it is our goal to provide you with the care you need to maintain optimal oral health. It is important to realize that your benefit plan may not include all services required to achieve optimal oral health. Our Treatment Coordinator will do her best to help you understand your insurance coverage and to make sure you receive the most from your benefits. We recommend that you bring a copy of your benefit plan booklet for your file.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who are waiting for appointments. Failure to give 48 hours notice may result in a $50 late cancellation/missed appointment charge that is not reimbursable by your insurance company.

Emergency Care

If you require emergency treatment during our regular patient hours, please call our office and we will schedule you an appointment with one of our dentists. If you have an after-hours emergency, please call our office and you will be directed to our after-hours emergency line and a dentist will return your call.
